Natillas haben nichts mit Flan zu tun – das ist etwas ganz anderes. Aber probierte s einfach aus, ist ja wirklich nur ein paar Sekunden Arbeit die Ihr habt. Wichtig ist es, den Inhalt vom Mixtopf wirklich sehr schnell in die Schälchen umzufüllen, das die Masse sehr, sehr schnell stockt.
Die nutze die spanischen (Butter)Kekse Galletas Maria. Die gibt es hier in Deutschland im Supermarkt natürlich nicht, aber Ihr könnt einfach eine andere Marke nehmen.
Kurz vor dem Servieren gibt man noch eine ordentliche Portion Zimt auf die Natillas.
